This low pressure system will continue to have plenty of rain and there are some area of strong winds. A new strong non- tropical low pressure system with gale force winds is expected to develop to the Southeast U.S. Coast sometime tonight. The new low is <strong>not<\/strong> considered to be the remnants of Ex-Nicole. The heavy rainfall that is associated with the remnants of ex-Nicole are going to continue affecting portions of Eastern Cuba, and also Central &amp; Northwestern Bahamas.
